The staff was top-notch! Reached out for help a couple times, and they were super quick to assist, even bringing extra pillows when I asked, made me feel like I was the king of the castle.

I had a terrible experience with transportation. They confirmed my arrival time but failed to inform me that the shuttle wasn't available, forcing me to find alternate transportation late at night. The room was shockingly small for the price, and the bathroom flooded due to a poorly designed shower.

Also, the shower's design was poor. it flooded the bathroom easily, which was frustrating. Overall, the amenities didn’t meet my expectations for the price I paid. Breakfast options weren’t great either, and I felt that the quality didn’t justify the cost. I wish they’d just enhance the minor things for a more enjoyable stay.

Oh man, if you're in Tampico, swing by El Asador Terraza for some killer grilled meats—total flavor explosion! Plus, the staff at City Express are true gems, always ready to lend a hand and make your stay comfy. Clean vibes all around, too!

During my stay, I found the cleanliness impressive, and the hotel's proximity to Laguna del Carpintero, just almost 2 km away, made for a perfect weekend stroll along the waterfront while soaking in beautiful views and nature. not to mention, I was only a few steps from delicious local dining options like El Asador Terraza, which truly added to the experience.

It was just a balanced option for an overnight stay in Tampico with a reasonable price. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a decent night’s sleep. Try to avoid any unnecessary charges at the café during checkout.
